THE STORY

It starts with
fresh herbs.

In Vietnamese homes, a fresh roll isn't just about what's inside the rice paper.

It's the handful of herbs. The crisp vegetables. The shrimp, pork, or tofu. The bowl of nước chấm in the middle of the table.

Everything is prepared fresh, placed on the table, and shared.

Fresh ingredients.
Simple hands.

Vietnamese fresh spring rolls, often called gỏi cuốn, are built around freshness.

There is something special about sitting around a table, choosing your own herbs and fillings, and making each roll your own.

But rolling them isn't always as easy as it looks.

And then came the idea

A mat made
for the roll.

Roll-Lady is creating a simple folding mat designed specifically for Vietnamese spring rolls and fresh rolls.

Easy to use. Easy to clean. Easy to put away.
